My goal as a professionally trained Executive Coach Practitioner, entrepreneur, life-long learner, author, and an unwavering positive force, is to help individuals cultivate an environment of personal and professional growth through positive action and successful results.

I have worked at a Fortune 50 corporation over the past 25+ years in various roles in accounting, marketing, operations and sales. In each one of these endeavors, developing self, others, and businesses  have been at the very heart of my focus.  My leadership skills blossomed while growing and leading a small dynamic team of Sales Executives that grew into the fastest growing, highest revenue producing department in the organization. My day to day also consisted of communicating with CEO’s and C-Suite Executives within organizations across the United States.  I partnered with BAM Marketing Agency and serve as the Chief Growth Officer and VP of Business Development.  This role encompasses the very essence of growth and development of self, others, and businesses.

As a life long learner, I have earned my Bachelors of Science in Communications from SIUE, Masters of Science in Business Communication from Spalding University, a post graduate Certification in Management Development from the University of Louisville, and completed a Certification in Professional and Executive Coaching in the Masters Program at Lewis University, an ICF accredited program. 

My Coaching Practice is built from a place of true grit, hard lessons, and pure passion to help others grow to their fullest potential.  I know that I have a set of unique gifts, life experiences, sense of humor, and a heart that is open to each of you.  I am here to help individuals and teams grow and thrive personally and professionally. I believe everyone has something unique and specific that others need. Whatever you are dreaming of, or obstacles you are facing, you have the power inside to make a shift in your life. I want to be a part of that journey, helping you along the way to develop meaningful actions that develop the results  to make an impactful difference in your life, in others, and your business.
